O CT-STARS necessita de algumas pessoas que tenham conhecimento em determinadas áreas de desenvolvimento.
São elas:
- Unity Engine;
- Image Post-processing;
- Photoshop com ênfase em processamento de arte-final;
- Modelador 3D;
- Desenvolvedor de cenários;
- Concept-arts;
- Storyboard.
